How to Place an Order
Ordering is quick and easy:
- Browse or search for the products you need
- Select the item and choose the desired quantity
- Click Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping and payment information
- Review your order and click Place Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully submitted.
Do I Need an Account?
- No, you can check out as a guest
- Creating an account allows you to:
- Track orders
- Save shipping and payment details
- View order history
Order Confirmation
After placing your order:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder
- Contact support if you still can’t find it
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
- Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed or shipped
- Contact support as soon as possible with your order number
- Once shipped, changes are no longer possible (see Refunds & Returns for options)
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
Prescription or Restricted Items
Some products may require:
- Valid prescription or provider authorisation
- Verification of licensing (for healthcare professionals or businesses)
Orders requiring verification may take additional time to process.
Payment During Checkout
- Payment is required at checkout unless you have approved credit terms
